Arborist Evaluation

Arborist Evaluation is performed by scheduled appointment with an ISA Certified Arborist for a fee based on location to address tree and shrub concerns and provide a verbal opinion of:

• plant identification
• current health and structural integrity
• microclimate and soil characteristics
• factors limiting tree or shrub condition
• best practice standards

Arborist Evaluation fee per the cities, villages and townships listed below include an approximately 30 - 45 minutes on-site appointment for standard-sized residential and small commercial properties.

• $110: greater Kalamazoo and Portage including; Alamo, Cooper, Comstock, Galesburg, Mattawan, Parchment, Plainwell, Oshtemo, Otsego, Richland

• $145: Augusta, Climax, Gobles, Hickory Corners, Lawton, Paw Paw, Martin, Schoolcraft, Scotts, Vicksburg 

• $185: Allegan, Battle Creek, Bloomingdale, Decatur, Delton, Lawrence, Marcellus, Mendon, Shelbyville, Three Rivers  

Evaluation fee may be paid by check upon completion of appointment or via online payment from an emailed invoice. Paid arborist evaluation fees for the cities, villages and townships listed above may be credited towards contracted services within a 12-month period.

Written opinion (not included in an arborist evaluation fee) detail a determination and/or recommendation resulting from an evaluation using specific methods of on-site data collection and may require off-site data reconciliation, fact finding, study or calculations. This contracted service is performed from an agreed-upon assignment scope and accepted proposal developed via phone conversation.
